Classover has strengthened its Solana treasury strategy by introducing Solana (SOL) payments and launching a branded staking campaign. This development makes Classover one of the first Nasdaq-listed companies to directly integrate SOL into its payment infrastructure.
The company stated that adopting Solana payments will improve transaction speed, lower costs, and increase user engagement. As an added incentive, users delegating SOL to Classover’s validator will receive bonus KIDZ lesson credits, combining blockchain rewards with real educational benefits.
Classover’s Treasury Holdings
As of 2 October 2025, Classover’s treasury includes 57,793 SOL, valued at approximately $13.4 million. Importantly, the company has confirmed it has not liquidated any of its holdings to date, reinforcing its commitment to building long-term exposure to digital assets.
Branded Staking Campaign for Users
Alongside the payment rollout, Classover is launching a staking initiative via its official validator on the Solana network. This campaign is expected to reach tens of thousands of users. Participants who delegate their SOL to Classover will benefit from standard staking rewards, plus additional KIDZ lesson credits.
By linking blockchain incentives with tangible learning benefits, Classover aims to enhance user loyalty and expand its role in both education and digital finance.
Strategic Perspective
CEO Stephanie Luo highlighted that adopting Solana reflects the company’s belief in blockchain’s increasing importance within everyday transactions. She stated that the initiative not only enhances convenience but also aligns with Classover’s long-term innovation strategy.
CFO Flora Peng added that integrating Solana payments supports financial efficiency while strengthening the company’s position in the blockchain ecosystem.
