Archer Partners With Jetex to Integrate Global Infrastructure Portfolio Into Air Taxi Network

Archer Partners With Jetex in a strategic alliance to embed Jetex’s international terminal infrastructure into its eVTOL air taxi ecosystem. The collaboration aims to elevate the passenger journey and operational capability of Archer’s Midnight aircraft.

Global Infrastructure Integration Led by UAE Rollout

The partnership will commence in the United Arab Emirates before extending across Jetex’s network of 40 fixed-base operations (FBOs) located in over 30 countries. By aligning terminal design and support services with Archer’s electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) technology, this initiative supports scalable, urban air mobility infrastructure.

Archer’s broader ambition to establish a global vertiport network gains traction with this move. Jetex’s strategically positioned FBOs provide the physical and service foundation required to facilitate electric aviation’s commercialisation.

Passenger Journey Enhancement and Service Synergy

Archer and Jetex will co-develop an advanced passenger experience. The design will incorporate luxury hospitality standards and high-efficiency boarding, enabled by digital technologies. Electric aircraft charging integration will also be customised to suit Archer’s Midnight eVTOL aircraft.

This collaboration leverages Jetex’s premium aviation services and Archer’s commitment to innovation. Passengers will benefit from streamlined operations, enhanced comfort, and reduced transit times in urban environments.

Strategic Commentary from Industry Leaders

Adel Mardini, CEO of Jetex, stated, “eVTOL platforms are pivotal to reshaping business aviation and urban mobility. Our collaboration with Archer is aligned with Jetex’s long-term innovation strategy, starting with Jetex Abu Dhabi and expanding globally.”

Adam Goldstein, Archer’s CEO, remarked, “Our success depends not only on Midnight’s performance but also on building reliable infrastructure. Jetex’s global presence and dedication to excellence make them a perfect fit in our commercialisation roadmap.”

Certification Milestones and Forward-Looking Strategy

The announcement comes amid Archer’s progress in the UAE, including obtaining regulatory design approval for the first hybrid heliport at the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal. Archer is also advancing partnerships with key local stakeholders such as Abu Dhabi Aviation.

This framework agreement remains subject to definitive terms and regulatory conditions. Forward-looking statements concerning operational scaling are outlined in Archer’s latest SEC filings.
