Over 240 New Luxury Rental Homes in Tokyo Launching from Autumn 2025

Luxury rental homes in Tokyo : WEAVE LIVING, a leading urban living specialist in Asia-Pacific, has partnered with global investment firm KKR to acquire six premium residential properties in Tokyo. This expansion forms part of their Japan Residential Venture I (WLJRV I), launched just six months ago. The portfolio now totals 17 properties, demonstrating the rapid success of the partnership.

Expanding in Tokyo’s Most Prestigious Districts

Three of the newly acquired properties are located in the upscale Minato ward, specifically in Roppongi, Minami Azabu, and Shirokane. In these areas, WEAVE LIVING will debut its WEAVE RESIDENCES brand. These homes offer high-end, fully furnished units designed for families and executives who demand elegance and convenience.

The other three acquisitions will enhance the WEAVE PLACE offering. These properties will feature private apartments that cater to a diverse tenant base. This includes young professionals, expatriates, and corporate clients. Altogether, over 240 luxury rental homes in Tokyo are scheduled to open from Autumn 2025.

Tailoring to the Needs of the Modern Renter

All WEAVE properties will include modern amenities, flexible lease terms, and inclusive pricing that covers utilities and Wi-Fi. Moreover, tenants can benefit from a digital-first leasing process through the WEAVE mobile app. This approach simplifies moving in and managing rental services, particularly in a market known for its complex leasing terms.
